Our Lease Purchasing Plan is the easiest, least expensive, and most customer friendly financing plan available. It allows you the opportunity to own a storage building at your home at or below the monthly costs of a comparable mini-storage space.

There are many benefits in using a Lease Purchasing Plan. Imperfect credit is not an issue in qualifying for a building. There are no credit checks. All that is required is the initial deposit and your personal guarantee to comply to the terms of the contract. Our plan provides that we lease you a building for a specified period of time and when you fulfill the agreement, the building becomes your property.

If you wish to a void the agreement or are unable to continue with the purchase plan, we will terminate the agreement and pick up the building free of any charges. During the contract period, you may pay off the remaining balance owed on the building without penalty.
